Maria Sanchez is a staff accountant in the tax department at Ellrich, Neal, Smith and Stohlman, P.A. She has been with the firm since January 2017. She started as an intern before earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a major in accounting, at Florida Atlantic University. In May of 2020, she earned her Master of Accountancy Degree, and expects to become a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) before December 2022.
She has worked closely with and developed trusted relationships with both new and long-standing clients. Her experience includes, but is not limited to, various business returns, individual returns, trust and estate returns, bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, and GAAP financial statement reviews and compilations.
Her passion is fitness and health. She has been a member of Hard Exercise Works – Lake Worth since 2016 and has competed in several local competitions. She is also a member of her local church, Coastal Chapel, where she currently serves in the youth ministry.
